i was in poor health several years ago. the doctor suggested that i should run for eercise in the morning. but the first day i began to run, i felt so tired. i didnt want to go on. just then, a voice told me, dont give up! then i kept on running. at last i arrived at the destination. i felt very proud of myself. from then on, i persisted in running in the morning.
